This is a song I like for very superficial reasons; the title, the video, and the sexy way she sings, "Ah-Ha". Well, that's the only bit I understand.

I wondered the same thing at some point, not because I don't like the voice, but because I was looking to harvest some samples. No luck there.
But there is some great instrumental (or mostly instrumental) ethiopian music to be checked out.
