Mmmmhmmm... Because every governmental agency does exactly what it was originally created to do...And a restaurant being upfront with the FDA is not the same as being upfront with the customer. FDA stamp of approval might mean something to you, but I prefer to be the one who decides whether or not I should be putting something into my body.
