not too familiar with windows 10 / never had this problem, but if tore's method didn't work out (it seems like a solid solution though):
you could try using the
command prompt to delete the file. type del "
filename" into the command prompt (you can try dragging and dropping the file instead of typing its location/name manually.) should be something like del "c:\users\batman\whateverr\cute selfie"
if that doesn't help, do you get an error message when trying to alter the file?
