Indian-Style Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of milk
1/3 cup of basmati rice
1/4 cup of white sugar
pinch of salt
cinnamon stick (optional) (can substitute this for teaspoon of ground cinnamon)
Put milk and rice and salt in pan on low heat, boil, simmer for 25 minutes, stirring ocasionally. Add sugar and cinnamon, simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Bloody delicious.
