Did ya know that Ridley Scott purposely didn't tell the actors about the gush of blood that was coming during that scene? The reaction from the actors (most notably Veronica Cartwright) was entirely spontaneous and real.

Caught both One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest and Dog Day Afternoon last night on AMC. Both from 1975 and both 100% uncensored. F-bombs were dropping left and right. The level of acting in both movies was simply ridiculous from everyone involved. Hate to use a cliche but they just don't make them like that anymore.
