I really enjoyed it Frowny but I'm going to give it a second listen before I post my thoughts so I can take it all in. I think the recording style actually works well, and you talked about the instruments talking and communicating so if you wanted to be slightly pretentious you could say recording using a mobile ties in with a concept of communication. Love the textures of sound, especially The Reptilian.
