Yeah but I made this thread for that specific purpose. Of course anyone can discuss other influences; it's more Ki's comment that pissed me off if I'm honest. Like I say, some people don't bother to read the OP and then make smart comments. That annoys me.
If you're talking classical giants that had an influence on metal (oh crap! New idea alert!) then surely you gotta talk about this guy?
