Just released a brand new album, which I hope to create a sequel to. Inspired by Talk Talk's Spirit of Eden and Laughing Stock, as well as Davis' In a Silent Way, Minimalist composers such as Philip Glass, and by Brian Eno, Alice Coltrane, and Miles Okazaki. Recorded mostly live in a school hall, although their are some virtual instruments in the mix too. Wanted to create a really atmospheric project that was emotional and engaging. I guess it's mainly Post-Rock and Jazz, though it contains a blend of genres that I think make it quite unique and cinematic. Would really appreciate some feedback, and maybe a download if you like what you hear! Cheers guys. |
