As always, Mondo comes with the PV fire. Is it worth listening to their non-comp releases? I don't know why almost every single PV band of even vague note all seem to have career retrospective comps in the vein of Minor Threat's
Complete Discography, but they're kind of a godsend. Without them I don't know that I would have known where to start with the mid-nineties, OG bands, and therefore may not have discovered just how ****ing amazing Despise You were.
P.S. - PM me with some recs for the best PV bands I can't be expected to hear without a year of extensive digging. RYM is certainly helpful, but I would never have discovered thedowngoing or The Endless Blockade without you. I want to travel the country with you and get AIDs from transvestite hookers while you watch and jerk off (and vice verse of course). Then we can be gay, AIDS buddies.
