I was in college and found my genre which was New Wave and Synth.....I had gotten really tired of the music being played on the radio at the time and so I went "I want music I will listen too!....synth? I need more synth." so I typed "Synth" into Myspace......yup that long ago and that was were I thought "I CAN GET NEW MUSIC HERE!"......well shush....cos I found Freezepop and this song.
The end of that story is I spent the entire summer off college in 2007 listening to all their albums at the time....and ruining my back from being hunched over playing Shadowrun for 16 hours a day.
Momus - I want you but I dont need you, came at a time that I was having some relationship troubles, I found this song via Amanda Palmer covering it and like a lightning bolt not only the tune struck me, it was the lyrics. It was the sage like advice I needed at the time. Every since then I need to keep this song in mind to keep me from getting into dramary bull**** once again.
