Alright, because I want to ingrain myself in the community, I'll give you a rec that Trollheart refused because it's "too long":

Minutemen - Double Nickels on the Dime

Make sure you get every side, there are a couple uploads on Youtube with only one side of the album.
(It's long, I know, but it's also one of the best albums I've ever heard.)
