Not to mention if you order medium well, or well done, you're gonna get one of the worst cuts of beef the kitchen has in the walk in. Overcooking the meat allows them to hide bad quality.
Re: Ketchup. Normally with groceries I buy generic store brands to save money. But with ketchup it's gotta be Heinz. Nothing worse than sub-par ketchup.
