10. Ought - Sun Coming Down
9. Low - Ones and Sixes
8. The Weeknd - Beauty Behind the Madness
7. Chelsea Wolfe - Abyss
6. Lana Del Rey - Honeymoon
5. Clarence Clarity - No Now
4. Death Grips - Jenny Death
3. Colleen Green - I Want to Grow Up
2. Algiers - Algiers
1. Carly Rae Jepsen - Emotion

So here it is then. I suppose I can't start anywhere other than the top. Carly stepped up another level and blessed us with some absolutely inspiring pop tunes. Not only that, she had a few low-key ballads that totally did the opposite of suck. I can't overstate how much I have loved this album since it's release, and it sits firmly up there with my favourite albums ever.

Other than that, we have some thoroughly excellent albums. But I'll hold back on discussing them too much because some of them are likely to appear on the "Official Top 20" list Manky is making.
