I'll go with Twisted Sister on this one, I can't really get into the visual kei stuff although there are some bands in that scene with great musicianship. That Twisted sister video took me back to junior high, I must've been in 7th or 8th grade when that and We're Not Gonna Take It came out and those videos were just huge on MTV at the time.
