Alternative TV, Triumph and Accept have songs named "Street Fighter" but that is 70s and 80s respectively. I can't think of a 60s group, unless perhaps it was by a Hot Rod/Garage - Rock band, maybe one Lolly Vegas was in. What about Link Wray? He had songs like Rumble and stuff like that.
