Not my brother.. 2 kids I knew that grew up down the street from me. They always fought over drugs and ****. I guess he got knocked out and was just left there cause his brother left. Not a lot of details yet.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the older brother actually beat him to death cause the kid is a total scumbag, but this is the story I'm getting.
