No. There are the riff-master tracks of "Skeletons of Society" and "Expendable Youth", the melodic gloriousness of "Dead Skin Mask" and the title track, but the rest is a wannabe Reign in Blood mixed with a bit of South of Heaven. There's a good reason it's Slayer's last good album, because it's the album where Slayer ran out of ideas.
