Hi all,

Brand new here, hoping someone can help, I've been trying to track down this song for many years...

It's a 90s alternative / "post grunge" song, singer kind of sounded a little like Perry Farrell, song opened with him shouting "Hey!" simultaneously as the music kicked in, and some of the lyrics were "Don't cry honey, don't let them get you down" (at least, I think that's what they were... may have been "don't let them put you down...")

Would've been released around the 1997-98 time frame - haven't heard it since! It got a little play on modern rock radio, but faded pretty quickly.
