Sounds cool, tbh I always kind wish I could been part of that back then.

The Rezillos did a live version of "Sculpture" on The Old Grey Test Whistle. Eugene Reynolds said when he did the show he sang to a brick wall, and to get through the act he pretended he was singing to a live crowd. Later it dawned on him he was being televised and millions were watching. Probably why he said "Hello countless millions." to an empty sound stage ~6:06.
