Because of a gutter issue we got some water damage around the sliding door in our upstairs master bedroom. Last Friday they came in a ripped out a bunch of drywall, sanded the wood, and then sprayed it with a mold killing solution.

They removed the entire wall around the door and then 4 feet back of the ceiling and adjacent walls.

They put up a wall of plastic with a zipper so that the area is sealed off from the rest of the room.

Today and tomorrow they'll be installing new drywall, patching it, and painting. Then a rug cleaners coming in to remove the stains near the door and clean the rest of the rug. Fun fun fun. Fortunately the homeowners association are covering 100% of the costs.
