Great thread idea. Modern classical is usually much more challenging.
But, aside from Tchaikovsky or some nocturnes, I usually only listen to classical when I'm in the mood to focus on it anyways. I.e. It's kinda involved and challanging already, for me at least, with my gnat like attention span.
