I took a kick square in the posterior end sparring at karate tonight. It didn't hurt at the time because of all the adrenaline, but holy ****. I cannot move without feeling pain. I've bruised my tailbone twice before, but I'd forgotten just how bad it is. Sleep will be difficult to achieve.
