Music Banter - View Single Post - Boss RC-300, looping vocals with focusrite 2i2?

Do i need a PA to hear my vocals while using the Boss RC-300 or can i just plug my microphone in the RC-33 and then the headphones directly to the pedal as well and then i can hear my vocals in the headphones? (sorry if this is a stupid question but i'm really dumb and new at all this technique when it comes to music...)
