So this song is pop, I'd say around the years 99-03, male singer, the song is fast paced, and entirely done on synth, also a synth piano is heard a few times.

I remember two lines of the lyrics "Sing, sing out LLLLLOOOOUUUUDDD" which is used at various times, and "Praise, praise out LLLLLLOOOOUUUUDDDD" also used at various times. And theirs also a line about compassion.

It's an awesome song, need help finding it thanks.
