My favorite method:

Open can (using P38)
Empty contents into microwave safe dish
Cook in microwave for about 2 minutes
Stir to even warmth
Put in mouth

I usually save CBH for hearty breakfast mornings, so as a side with eggs, toast, and maybe some sort of fresh fruit is nice, but it's awesome in a skillet. I used to put hot sauce on it too, but I got tired of having to chew on an entire roll of Tums afterwards.
