So many great things about that double-album!
Firstly, the label itself - which features some of the most incredible recordings of modern music -
was started by a woman in her twenties who strongly felt the need to document these great artists:
Cecil Taylor, Sun Ra, Stockhausen, Pandit Pran Nath, a.o.
The production on that album was done by the great filmmaker Bruce Connor and
engineered by composer and musician Patrick Gleeson who has an illustrious history with
many a jazz musician and produced Devo's first album ... and the liner notes were done by
the great French writer/critic and radio show producer of modern music, Daniel Caux.
Even tho it's two different performances, they work almost seamlessly together as one.
