I've licked the inside of buns before making the sandwich, intentionally dropped food on the ground, spit into people's drinks, shoved food down my pants and rubbed it on my bare crotch, put pubes in sandwiches, and I'm sure other things.
It's not something I do often, but sometimes it's necessary to preserve my own sanity.
