I mean, it took the Israelites decades to cry out to the lord for help after first being enslaved by the Egyptians, and he sent Moses to save them. If that's the case, it only took the Jews around five years. The cycle goes like this, and is a common theme in the Bible. People rejects God's ways/worship in pagan or incorrect ways. God lifts his protection. The devil comes right in and causes a great pain. People cry for God again. God protects and saves them. And then the cycle continues because mankind is so changeable. I'm no holocaust expert, but I wouldn't doubt that's the case. Even I have different beliefs from some Jewish customs. Not saying the Jews are total sinners, but any religion can be changed. Heck, people leave and join churches because of great changes that happen.
Yeah, man, that's pretty hardcore ****ed up. If God's willing to look the other way while Hitler's killing six million Jews, because the Jews are worshiping him in the wrong way, then it seems to me that God is very nearly as bad as Hitler. But hey, he's gonna torture me forever for calling him out on his ****, right?

Plus, how do you know that your religion is more correct that Judaism? None of you guys have a leg to stand on, so these sort of claims are for the birds, man

Chula, I totally agree with you insofar as I think that our economy is organized in such a way that makes strong social programs necessary, and it doesn't look like that's changing any time soon, but misusing the word socialism really get on my nerves. Does the proletariat have control of the means of production? Then it's not socialism.

Despite his claims otherwise, Bernie isn't a socialist by any reasonable standard. Although I'd totally vote for him if I was American.
