The majority of people will watch that and think 'what ignorant twats'. The fact that Milo just sits there and laughs and lets them have their say (no security, no physical confrontation) just illustrates everything Milo says. He isn't afraid of them or their argument and feels no need to silence them.
Imagine if the tables were turned though and you or I did that at an SJW conference or something. The police would be out in 15 seconds followed by months of counselling in safe spaces. Support group set up to stop this toxic behaviour ever happening again. At least thirty people in the crowd would switch genders purely from the shock.
