A white supremacist structure like the Jim Crow laws are an example of institutionalized racism that is historically documented. It does not provide direct evidence that western civilization is rooted in an inherently white supremacist superstructure that needs to be interrogated and exposed.
Whiteness proposes that this permeates are society as a typical whiteness article below shows. There is not sound historical evidence to support this.
