Not really. He gives them free will but if they don't choose his way they are damned to hell. That's a pretty 'loaded' free will, wouldn't you say?

How about all of those who were persecuted by Christians throughout the centuries for a lack of faith? How do you feel about them?

How about all of those who worship other Gods that have been killed by US forces in the 'war on terror'? I'm talking about the innocent men, women, and children that were killed as collateral damage. How do you feel about them?
