After having an awesome dream where she's given her freedom and she walks through the facility and out the doors, Nina is woken up rudely by a couple of soldiers, led out of her cell to an official sitting at a table, told that her appeal has been denied and that she will be executed shortly. A split second later she's shot point blank in the head from behind. It just happened so fast! Gonna miss you Nina.
