People do that organically because they have vested intrest because they have kids too. They mean community centers ....with staff. Im theorizing I have no proof of that. Just the thought that what you described happens organically in tight knit communites. This is a "movement " an establishment backed movement at that. So = equals state funneling garbage at your kids .under the guise of people helping eacother. If it were geniune help we would not NEED TO BE TOLD TO DO IT.
