Pink Moon is among my favourite albums of all time, and I love everything from the emptiness caused by every track except for this one being strictly just Drake and his guitar, to his voice which as Ki mentioned, is quite far from a typical good singing voice. He often times comes of as somewhat monotone and flat, but it matches up so well with his guitar tones that it works in such a wonderful way.



In Elliott Smith's case he's just so emotional in his delivery that at times it almost seems that he's whispering, and it's not strange to hear his voice crack or give out on any given song, yet just like Drake, it only helps to make the atmosphere that much more unique and impressive.

I think Conor Oberst is also in the same category as the two, and this song speaks for itself.
