A lot of the logic you're displaying is fallacial, like this
I'm told this is a coffee cup
This coffee cup is full of liquid
All coffee cups are full of liquid
Cups without liquid are not coffee cups
Except you're trying to apply rigidity to something that's infinitely less cut and dry than has liquid or doesn't have liquid.
