The more creative serial killers might have higher IQs I guess, but I don't know if more creative artists in general have higher IQs than less creative ones, so I don't know if that is a relevant criteria. And yeah, I guess I would describe serial killing as an art in a ****ed up sense. It's certainly not a science. *shrug*
