I mean you can do the Cavendish experiment yourself to see that all masses (even little ones) attract each other based on their mass, and then you can replace one of the masses with the earth's mass, then you can calculate the centripetal force based on tangential velocity on the surface of earth for a human (or even a fly). And you can see that gravitational force completely dominates the centripetal force. Then you can use the same exact gravitational theory to explain and predict the motion of the stars and planets and moons and it's all consistent. This has been done by various people independent for hundreds of years.
Heliocentric universe would not make sense. The stars do little loopedy loos that only make sense if we're rotation about a body.... like say, the sun. So too are our seasons explained in the vector normal from sun to the Earth's surface, and the tides by the moons gravitational potential differential across earth.
