Music Banter - View Single Post - Why is "Post-Punk" even considered "Punk"?

I got to admit I quickly wrote that and have never listened to television, but I tink the Ramomed and the Damned have quite a bit in common, at least their early work, which admittedly is their only work I actually listen to. But I just heavily disagree punk doesn't have sounds, it has them just like metal. In fact, if there's one genre with a bajillion bands that sound the same, it's Punk.
