Went and played some pick-up football (soccer) today, it was the first time I've stepped on the field to play since last September, and I was noticeably rusty. Everyone playing except for maybe two or three others were at the very least twice my age, and still ran circles around me.
Felt quite nice to actually get out on the field and get moving, since I've started coaching I've barely had any time to play, and I'm far from being as in shape as I used to be. Hoping if I can keep going to games for the rest of the summer maybe I'll be able to make 2 or 3 runs before being totally winded
