I don't get why you think that black on black crime has anything to do with the statistic of 119 black people being killed by officers so far in 2016 and that's only half the year. Just like frownland said, multiple issues can be happening at the same time.

Actually, that is exactly what happens to words over time and that's how they come to have different meanings. The english language is always changing. If enough people start saying they love cock in their mouth when they mean I love ****ing whores in the pussy etc. then it will change.
