Lisnaholic, I've been receiving solicitations from AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) in the mail lately.
Anyway, before I careen further toward the golden years, just want to say really enjoyed Winifred Atwell's ragtime piano playing (never heard of Winifred before) and of course "Shake, Rattle & Roll" is a classic.
Your birth year really
is tough to select from, for the reasons you outlined. They must have announced that Lisnaholic was born and all else became filler.
But here's pretty good single from that year, which I don't think reached your shore and pram
'til a couple of years later.
