Just watched the trailer for
Luke Cage, and while I don't know if I'm sold, as he doesn't have the same story pedigree as Daredevil or Jessica Jones, it would be the first Netflix Marvel series based on a character being a superpowered badass (Jessica Jones was going out of her way to not be a superpowered badass). I imagine it will probably be the third best Netflix series, but considering their track record this could still be awesome.
I'm not gonna pretend that it's not at least a bit racist to have a black guy's trailer theme song be an ODB song, but it's pretty sweet to have ANY character's trailer theme song be an ODB song anyway. **** it. At least he's not wearing a tiara.
