I beg to disagree. There is funny "haha" and funny "strange." That story is the latter. It was funny/strange in the paranormal sense. The actions of his mom buying the 80s great hits on ebay somehow influenced his actions when he was in Wal-mart trying to decide what CD to leave behind. It's a classic example of Carl Jung's Synchronicity.
