Actually, if you have something to say to me, you could address it to
me. You may find the way I address my husband as "Sir" to be creepy, but I do not do it to please you.
Just because you do not understand why I do so, it does not necessarily follow that there is no reason for it. Just because you have failed to inspire a woman to such levels of respect, it does not necessarily follow that my husband has so failed.
Also, I never really expect anyone not in the lifestyle to accept or understand it.
