She was more than just a wife though as the first lady. When you are first lady there is s
hit that you can get done and that's how she gained her political experience. I do agree with you generally being a wife isn't but the first lady titles holds a different position than just wife. Some first ladies choose to use it as a platform for whatever agenda they have while others squander the opportunity and as you say "just be a wife".
