Friends
My world seems to be a lot smaller
I have run aground
friends have said I take on way to much
now they have asked me Into town
well twist my arm why don't you
If your paying all night
then whom am I to not engage
when I don't have to pay my way.
My friends are saints
they always pick me up
we look out for one another
and we never leave a good man behind
I cannot praise them enough
I'm feeling like I could fly
what on earth was getting me down
I'm one of the guys.
You can say what you will
It means nothing to me
I bit off more than I could chew
and now I have the remedy
friends are not just social misfits
they have a purpose to
though some people may disagree
but tonight they are probably lonely.
Stay In touch with your friends
my world Is crashing around me
but I still have them
I'm not In such a terrible place after all
You need someone to pick you up, when you fall.
