What pure MDMA does is make you really empathetic and open to other people to where just talking to someone is an excellent feeling. You want to be close to people and you're touchy feely but sex is actually kinda difficult I think.
You get kind of numb and tingly
Originally the drug was developed with the idea that it might be useful in therapy and to help PTSD patients be more open but that was scrapped when the recreational use started

I know there's a misconception that it's a sex drug, but I thought it actually gave you more sensation.
