Which brings me back to my original point then. Does it matter if your boss is a racist? What if they don't show any signs of being racist, and you get fired, are you going to assume they fired you based on racism? No. Maybe you just did a ****ty job.
Same with cops. Most of the time it's not racism, it's people not getting away from being a criminal.
