Sometimes I spend several hours a day listening to music and sometimes I go several days without listening to any music. It depends on what I'm doing and whether I'm in a musical mood.
I used to get obsessively into specific genres and bands much more when I was younger and I'd spend days or weeks focusing on my latest discovery. These days my musical tastes are more varied and I don't listen to any single band or genre for more than a couple of hours at a time at most.
