Do you have proof that he didn't and wasn't? He got sued for it and then his counter-suit was thrown out of court as a "waste of paper" by the judge. He agreed to settle as long as he didn't have to admit guilt.

That's nothing. A couple hundred rental agents reporting to 40 building managers reporting to maybe 10 senior managers who'd then report to Trump. Considering is was all going down in the same city and time zone would have made it easy.
The fact that the discrimination was happening in so many different buildings makes it even more obvious that Trump had to be aware of it.
